What we collect and why.
Ozark Security Labs does not require accounts or on-site forms to use this website. If you browse the site, the hosting provider may process routine request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and error logs to deliver pages, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.
If you email Ozark Security Labs, we receive the email address you use, message contents, attachments, and ordinary email metadata. We use that information to respond, coordinate project or business questions, investigate security reports, and keep appropriate records of the conversation.
- Security reports. Vulnerability reports may contain sensitive technical details. Send them only to security@ozarksecuritylabs.com, not public issue trackers.
- Service providers. Hosting, email, DNS, and security providers may process information as needed to operate the site and communication channels.
- Limited sharing. We do not sell personal information. We may share information when needed to operate services, respond to your request, remediate security issues, comply with law, or protect Ozark Security Labs and its users.
- Retention. We keep correspondence, report material, and operational records only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose they were provided, security review, legal obligations, or abuse prevention.
- Your choices. Send privacy questions or requests to contact@ozarksecuritylabs.com. Use the security inbox only for vulnerability reports or sensitive technical details.
